From real-time data generation in the field to in-depth analysis on our IT platform, we ensure precise assignment of each data set to its respective consumer or producer. This meticulous allocation guarantees that all data analysis and interpretation occur in the correct context, providing a reliable foundation for making informed decisions to boost energy and resource efficiency.

Our system architecture is designed from the ground up to enable smooth integration into existing structures. Existing hardware and software components remain untouched; we seamlessly integrate them into our software to save you preventable costs.
However, thanks to the use of state-of-the-art IT solutions, the processes or applications are not limited to the energy and resource management field. With our methods, processes from the world of digitalization and Industry 4.0 can already be mapped today.
At the heart of this architecture lies the measurement data server, which serves as a central repository on which all measurement and sensor data is securely stored together with relevant process and environmental parameters. This server is based on an SQL database, supports Oracle and MS SQL Server, and is ideal for managing data intervals from one minute upwards. For higher data densities up to 10,000Hz, specialized time series databases are used. These, too, integrate seamlessly into our overall software.
To ensure you retain full control over your data, we offer WiriTec® C as an on-prem and cloud solution.
Typically, the measurement data server is integrated directly into your IT infrastructure, i.e. hosted locally in your trusted data center and managed by your internal IT department or an external service provider. On request, a hosting solution in an external cloud is also possible, allowing us to offer maximum flexibility regarding your personal IT requirements. As WiriTec® C is browser-based, we can fully adapt to your individual needs.
Upstream of the measurement data server is the so-called data connector, a specialized software process that collects and checks field data and then stores it on the measurement data server for analysis – securely, efficiently and as fast as possible.
The collected data is the foundation for in-depth analyses, forecasts, value calculations, action management, maintenance tasks and process optimization, carried out on our C platform, completely within your preferred browser, without you having to install any extra software.
Thanks to state-of-the-art IT solutions, our applications go far beyond energy and resource management.
We are already enabling the implementation of digitalization and Industry 4.0 processes.
