The automatic and comfortable creating of reports is an important functionality.

In many areas of organisations information regarding consumption and performance indicators is required. Thereby flexibility in the visualization is an essential demand. On the one hand reports have to correspond to the organisation’s corporate design, on the other hand they have to easily and clearly visualize complex connections. We use Microsoft® Excel as report generator. By means of prepared templates and available tools almost any report can be created.

The master copies are supplied with the current measured values and performance indicators and, thus, the current situation is represented in every necessary summarisation level.

Besides Excel, PDF-reports can be displayed, as well. A trained user is quickly able to create own reports. Circular reports are created and provided automatically via scheduler.
