As a Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll take charge of crafting and executing marketing strategies that effectively position our software solutions in the B2B market. You’ll drive impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels while creating compelling ideas for whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, and blog articles. In addition, you’ll play a key role in supporting sales efforts through targeted lead-generation initiatives.
Staying ahead of the curve, you’ll monitor market trends and competitors to uncover innovative opportunities and lead the organization of our participation in trade shows, webinars, podcasts, and other events. Collaborating closely with teams across sales, editorial, design, and development, you’ll ensure consistent and engaging communication at every touchpoint.

- A degree in marketing, communications or a comparable qualification with an interest in software solutions/computer science
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a software or technology environment
- Technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Experience with common marketing tools
- Experience in online marketing
- Creativity, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
